Skin Type: combination and acne-prone

So, I am back with new review today on this new face mask from the brand Ikkai which is like an organic skin care range from Lotus Herbal. It consists of face mask, face souffle and face scrub. So, read on to know more about this product.

My Experience with Lotus Herbal Ikkai Fruity Surprise Face Mask:

It consists of 2 types of face mask one is “Choco Delight” and the other one is “Fruity Surprise”. Today, I am going to share my views on “Fruity Surprise” variant.

Starting with the packaging, it comes in a purple and white package. The packaging is so cute guys. The logo of the brand is a cute baby elephant. At the back of the pack, product description, ingredients list and instructions to use the product are mentioned. It says to use on cleansed face. So, apply the mask evenly all over face and neck after using a cleanser. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it off.

The face mask is lavender in colour. The fragrance of the face mask is kind of fruity more like berries and will not irritate the nose. Now, the only drawback is that once you cut the pack, you cannot reseal it which makes it unhygienic as one is not going to use all the product in just one go. So, what I figured out is fold the upper part of the pack and seal it with a U-pin.

The texture of the mask is so smooth, it just glides on like butter which makes it a good choice for all skin types. The mask applies easily onto the face and does not feel harsh on the skin. As per the directions given on the pack, I kept the mask on my face for 15 minutes and rinsed it off with cold water. I will be able to use 10 g of mask for about 2-3 times.

The mask left my skin smooth and hydrated. There was nice glow on my face and it removed all the impurities from my face. It did not irritate my acne-prone skin nor did it made my skin dry. So, I think that this mask will be suitable for dry, oily as well as combination skin types.

As per the price, it is affordable, but when compared with other mask which comes in tube form, this one is quite expensive. If you really want to try something new apart from your regular masks, I would recommend this. The fragrance and the feel of the mask and its texture is worth every penny.

Will I Repurchase/Recommend Lotus Herbal Ikkai Fruity Surprise Face Mask?
I think I liked the Choco Delight variant more. So, I won’t be repurchasing this variant from the range but this mask did a great job as well. Though it is not travel-friendly, but if you are in a mood to try something new, then just go for it.
