While on a Zoom meeting with British makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury to get the details on this new launch, I couldn’t help but smile ear to ear. Now, Tilbury is expanding her best-selling, award-winning Pillow Talk franchise to the lashes with the launch of Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes Mascara ($29), which drops August 26. “It truly is a miracle mascara that delivers instant volume, length and stretch for a 24-hour vertical lifting effect,” Tilbury says on our Zoom call. “It really gives you the lashes of your dreams.”

Developed with an exclusive, innovative paddle brush—there are two flat sides for lash-loading the mascara and two bristled sides for combing the mascara through the lashes—the jet-black mascara stretches the lashes to their fullest length and gives them a glossy finish. “Use the flat side of the wand to load the mascara onto your lashes and then zig-zag the bristle side upwards from the root for a full push-up effect and a more defined look,” Tilbury instructs as she demos the product.

Tilbury also added keratin-infused Kerestore 2.0 to the formula to give individual hair fibers a “super-strong conditioning effect.” In a consumer study conducted by the brand, 96 percent of users agreed their lashes looked magnified and amplified. “It makes your eyes look bigger, brighter and more awake, and gives intensity to the eye that makes every eye color pop!” Tilbury exclaims. “It is a beauty amplifier for your eyes and your lashes!” One look at the before-and-after below, and all of this will make perfect sense.
