I recently had several breakouts on my skin and when I was looking for masks, I came across this one from Lancaster and decided to pick it up. Today’s review is all about Lancaster Flash Purity Mask. Read on to know more about it.

My Experience With Lancaster Flash Purity Mask:

The product comes in a sealed cardboard box. There is a lot of information regarding the product on the box. Once you open the box, you will find the mask tube and a leaflet of instructions in several languages. The tube is pastel green-blue in color and has the name of the product and a very little information of the product on the back of the tube. The product has a white screw cap which closes well. There is no leakage and this makes the product completely travel-friendly. The tube is very convenient to carry along. The packaging is pretty simple and is nothing fancy.

The mask is pastel blue in color and has a thick consistency. It is creamy in texture and you can easily spread it over your face. The smell is very mild but it smells very fresh and minty. The mask is a clay mask. The mask is made for normal to oily skin. I have combination skin and decided to pick it up to control oil on my T-zone. The application of the mask is pretty easy, you need to apply a thin layer of the mask and leave it on for 5 minutes and then wash off or remove with a damp cloth. Usually masks are said to be applied thick and then left on for a while but since it is a flash product, which is meant for daily busy life, it is quicker in the results.

The presence of Cinnamon makes the skin tingle a bit but this is very short-lived and is only noticeable if you have sensitive skin. If not, you can hardly notice this. The product doesn’t cause any redness or irritation and makes it suitable for all kind of skin types. The mask dries quickly on the skin and within 5 minutes, I could feel the mask drying on my skin. I usually use a damp cloth to remove the mask as clay masks do cause a mess if washed with water. The mask is great when you are in a hurry. You can use the mask 1-3 times a week. I use it twice a week. Once I pat dried my face, I could see that my skin felt very fresh and there was an added radiance. The effect is similar to using any clay masks. What I noticed that was better than other masks is the fact that it made my pores look very small and my skin had that very fresh cleansed feeling inside and out. The mask doesn’t dry the skin like the normal clay masks and I could delay the use of a moisturizer. I had severe pimples on my cheek and within two applications, my pimples are dried which I feel is great.

I haven’t been using any product other than Lacto Calamine on my face recently due to the breakouts and I am sure this one did the trick. My skin looked very radiant as claimed and the product makes the skin look very soft and smooth. The product also reduced occurrence of blackheads and whiteheads. The product controls oil to a very great extent. The day I used the mask, my skin was shine free for a day. I haven’t had pimples from the time I have been using it. I absolutely love the product and I have no negatives to write in its performance. The biggest drawback of this amazing product is the price. It is ridiculously expensive for a 75 ml tube and I use it as cautiously as I do not want to waste it even a little. But, to what it delivers, every cent is worth the price.

Overall, it is a great product. While it does burn a hole in your pocket, it is worth trying if you have oily skin types. So, summing up
