And to brighten up my inner eye corner, I use copper or gold eye shadow or a highlighter. I have tried eyeliners by other brands, but my favorite is by Lancome. My Experience with Ulta Gel Eyeliner Pencil Copper:

The product comes in a sharpenable pencil form. It has a plastic tube that holds the product and a clear, plastic cap to protect it. The packaging is in the color of the eyeliner and makes identification easier. The pencil seems well made and not a lot of product is wasted during sharpening. The quantity of the product is appropriate for the price paid and the product will last at least a month after regular use.

Ulta Beauty is a in-house brand of Ulta and has a wide range of makeup and skincare products. This brand is not super pricey but is certainly not as cheap as drugstore brands. The color of this eyeliner is warm toned copper with homogeneous shimmer in it. It is easy to apply because, it glides on easily like a gel eyeliner and is easy to apply with minimal tugging. It gives an opaque finish in one go but it does loose its color intensity as the day progresses. It can be used as an eyeshadow base or can be used as an eyebrow highlighter. This product comes in 20 shade variants.

The staying power is good, but it does fade a little when I check my reflection in mirror before I remove my makeup. The shimmer also vanishes as the say progresses. This product does not crumble or smudge and keeps the look intact throughout the day, but it needs to be reapplied to maintain the opacity and intensity of the color. This product is comfortable to wear and does not irritate that eyes or cause them to tear. It can be used as an eyeshadow base for creating a festive or summer look. Overall, I am fond of this eye liner and do recommend it.
