This helps in maintaining your body and loses the weight without being too stressed.
Keep a Log
It is important to keep a log of what you are eating and how much you are exercising. This gives you a clear idea of your routine and you can change or improve that too. Counting calories actually stops you from overeating every day. If you have dessert on a day, you can work out a little extra on the next day. Also, you can modify or increase the repeats of the workout session which becomes easier when you keep a tab.
