I love using sheet masks and Tony Moly is one my favorite brands when it comes to masks. Their sheet masks are inexpensive and very effective as well. Today, I am going to review Tony Moly Pureness 100 Caviar Mask Sheet. Read on to know how it fared for me?

My Experience with Tony Moly Pureness 100 Caviar Mask Sheet:

I prefer sheet masks to regular masks considering their ease of use. Tony Moly is a famous Korean brand well known for its cute packaging and effective skin care products. The packaging of the sheet mask is nice and simple. The sheet mask comes in an off white colored packet with caviar printed on it. The packaging looks nice. The back of this packet bears the entire product-related information at its back in both English and Korean. The usage instructions are also printed at the backside of the packet. The pouch is sleek and great for carrying around while travelling. Overall, the packaging is nice and travel friendly.

This sheet mask is made up of thick cotton cloth. Since, it is made up of real cotton seeds, the mask has some black particles in it. The material is kind of thicker than regular sheet masks that I have tried before. The size of the mask mask is large enough to cover my entire face nicely. I have a small forehead, so this mask is actually big for my forehead. It has cut-outs for eyes, nose and lips like other regular sheet masks. This mask fits very nicely on the face and does not slip off even if I do my work or move around. So, I keep doing my work easily while keeping this mask on my face. The mask is soft and feels gentle on the skin but it is quite thick and feels slightly heavy. The cloth is perfectly infused with the serum. It is totally mess free, as the serum does not drip from the product.

Using the sheet mask is very easy. Just wash off your face and pat dry. Now, smooth the mask on the skin removing any bubbles. I prefer keeping it for 30 minutes to let it dry, but it stays slightly wet even after that. I just massage extra serum into the skin until fully absorbed. No need to rinse off. The serum gets absorbed into the skin nicely without taking too much effort. The mask has a mild fragrance, which will not bother those sensitive noses.

The mask does leave an oily sheath behind. I have combination and sensitive skin type, which easily reacts to skin care products, but thankfully, none of the masks from this brand cause any skin breakouts. Therefore, I find it perfect for people with combination skin. I have been travelling a lot from last two months and these sheet masks are the saviour as I was not able to follow a proper CTM routine.

I kept this mask on for around 25-30 minutes and as soon as I removed it, I was quite amazed to see the results. It made my skin look nourished. Since, this is a caviar sheet mask, it is supposed to have a good amount of vitamins and minerals in it that provide nutrition to the skin. My skin looked instantly brightened up after using this mask. It added a lovely healthy glow to my skin. It improved the texture and added elasticity to my skin.

It gives an amazing soothing and calming sensation to the skin, which makes it a great choice for people with sensitive skin. It boosts skin elasticity as well. It deeply nourishes the skin and keeps it hydrated for long. It actually made my skin look plumped up. It leaves a healthier complexion as well. The effects of the mask last for a day only, which might be a con for some, but I really do not mind using them twice or thrice a week.
