My Experience with Watsons Milk Protein Revitalising Treatment Shampoo:
Let’s begin with the packaging of the product. The shampoo comes in a big 400ml translucent plastic bottle. The translucent body helps to keep a watch on the amount of the product left inside. The shampoo bottle comes with a pump dispenser that eases up the usage. But, the pump does not come with any lock so, it is not travel-friendly. The shampoo bottle bears a label at its back bearing the product description, ingredients list and other necessary information about the product. Overall, the packaging is good, but not travel-friendly.
Watsons Revitalising Milk Protein Treatment Shampoo is a translucent white coloured liquid. It has a mild floral fragrance. It smells exactly like the hair treatment wax. The fragrance is nice and refreshing. Post washing, it stays on my hair for a few hours after which it fades away gradually. The smell is totally non-bothering and mild, and thus, it will not bother those sensitive noses.
The consistency of the shampoo is slightly on the runnier side. The shampoo spreads easily onto the hair and scalp. It lathers amazingly well, but too much product is required to cleanse my oily hair properly. Two pumps dispense enough amount of the product to cleanse my mid-length hair properly. The shampoo perfectly removes all the dirt and grime from my hair and scalp. It has amazing cleansing properties that give a squeaky clean feel to my hair. I have dry and frizzy hair, and this shampoo makes my hair drier than before. Post washing, my hair looks dry, dull and extremely frizzy. It feels very difficult to detangle my hair, which further results in a lot of hair breakage. I’m not really impressed with the quality of this shampoo, but it gives good results when used with the hair treatment wax.
