Let’s observe the kids and learn from them. We can learn so much from little children! Notice how they play and dwell in the present moment every day. Life is a gift and it is here to be enjoyed, so take time to have fun and play like little children, you will notice how your energy levels will increase and you will start to feel happier.
2. Walk in nature for 20 minutes every day and smile while walking
This simple tip can help recharge your batteries and boost your mood and health.
3. Allow yourself to dream more
This is another simple tip that we can learn from children. Allow yourself to have dreams and spend some time in your day contemplating your dreams to some true. How would you feel if you got what you desire. Try to notice the feelings in sensations in your body and see your mood transform for the better.
4. Get all negative thoughts out of your head and look only at the positives
This is not an easy exercise but it is worth trying. Understand that life is like a school, and you came to this Planet to learn new thing and to study. Problems are just a part of the school curriculum, which will end like a simple math lesson, but the acquired knowledge and wisdom will remain forever.
