Make your usual bath, lighten some scented candles and then add some essential oils into your bath: peppermint essential oil (7 drops), chamomile essential oil (five drops) and orange essential oil (three drops). Take this bath in the evening before going to bed, and you will notice that your sleep will be more peaceful and relaxed.
