My Experience with Lotus Makeup Micellar Cleansing Water:
Lotus Makeup Micellar Cleansing Water comes housed in a transparent, plastic bottle with a white flip cap. The bottle is not very sturdy but is satisfactory. The flip cap closes with a click and makes sure that there is no leakage. The product comes unsealed and you can find details of the product on the back of the bottle.
The micellar water is transparent and has the texture of water. It has a very mild smell to it and is hardly noticeable. It has witch hazel extract. To use this micellar water, you can just put the water on a cotton pad and remove the residue from the skin. The product can be used on lips, eyes and face. You can use the screw cap or flip cap to dispense the micellar water. The product is also very cooling. When I used it on my eyes, it added a gentle cooling effect which is great and it kind of relieved the stress from my eyes. It removes any kind of makeup – be it waterproof, peeling, stained or normal.
I absolutely the quality of this micellar water. With two to three swipes, it completely removes waterproof mascara. I need a little bit more to remove foundation from my face. The product is very gentle on the skin and doesn’t cause any irritation or redness. The product makes skin very soft and supple. It also doesn’t leave any residue which is great. I usually wash my face, but with this one, I can leave my face without rinsing.
The product removes stains also very well. It also nourishes the skin and moisturizes gently. The product also soothes the skin well. I see so much improvement in my skin.
Summing up, if you want to pick up mild yet effective micellar water, then you should get for this one.
