The best part is that this range is sulphate and detergent free range, so it’s worth experimenting with. I have hoarded a few products from this range and I am going to review them for your guys one by one. In this post, I will talk about Aroma Magic Blossom Kochhar Shine And Volume Shampoo. The Aroma Magic Shine Volume Shampoo is enriched with the antifungal and antibacterial properties of lemon and geranium oil. It also contains sage, which regulates oil production on the scalp and acts as a gentle toner. Tocopherol in the formulation hydrates hair fibres while restoring natural moisture levels of the scalp. Rich in vitamins A, C, D and nettle extracts which contain proteins and amino acids, this shampoo can make your hair shinier. The horsetail extracts help strengthen the hair follicles while lemongrass extract improves the sheen and texture, giving you happy hair everyday.

My Experience with Aroma Magic Blossom Kochhar Shine And Volume Shampoo:

The packaging of this product is very colourful and girly. This particular shampoo comes in a yellow and green themed bottle with images of leaves and lemons on the cover. The theme is very tropical and eye-catching. I absolutely love the way the brand has created the packaging. It closes with a press-close button type cap and it is leakage proof. There is no shortcoming in the packaging. The name of the product is also mentioned in green fonts on the top. The packaging is simple, sturdy and sleek. The hole in the bottle dispenses the right quantity of product, hence avoiding any unwanted wastage. All the product details pertaining to the description, directions of use and ingredient details are listed on the body of the bottle in a detailed fashion. The bottle is transparent, so you can see the amount of product left.

So basically, this shampoo is available in only one size in the market which is 200 ml. There are no other options of buying it in smaller or bigger sizes. It would have been beneficial if the product was available in smaller sizes for travelling purpose. Other than that, there are no significant issues with the packaging.

This shampoo is lime-green in colour. The consistency of this shampoo is neither very thick nor very runny, it has medium consistency. It is also enriched with extracts of lemon and geranium oil that are good to detoxify the scalp and has a nice anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. It has a mild fruity fragrance which I think will not be bothersome for sensitive noses. The fragrance lingers on my hair after washing for quite a few hours. Personally, I love shampoos where fragrance lasts longer. This is a sulphate free product, so this feature gives it a good selling point.

Let’s talk about my experience with this product now. You would not need a lot of product. A little goes a long way. It lathers well and effectively cleanses my scalp. This shampoo perfectly removes all the dirt and grime from my hair and scalp. After shampooing my hair, the freshness remains intact for about 2 days. It regulates the oil without stripping my scalp off natural oils. It is pretty mild on the scalp and does not cause any irritation. This makes its usage good for daily use. If I have applied oil on my hair the previous night, two washes of this product removes the oil build up completely. Even though this shampoo removes the oil effectively, it dries out the ends of my hair strands. It is not enough hydrating for my hair like it is mentioned in the claims.

If I have oiled my hair before, the ends are comparatively less dry.It also makes my hair soft and smooth to touch. It also imparts healthy shine to my hair. It also lends some volume to my hair and gives it a nice bouncy look. This shampoo did not cause any kind of hair fall issues and it also does not cause hair breakage. Due to weather change, my hair condition worsened, luckily it did not aggravate the hair fall issue. Regarding the shine claim, the shine is not mirror-like shine, it is a healthy kind of shine. The shine lasts for about a day or two. When you go outdoors and your hair gets exposed to outside factors, the hair loses the shine. Also, it plays no roles in keeping my hair frizz-free. My hair is normally prone to frizz and I always have to use a serum to attack the tangled nature. With this shampoo as well, I have to follow up with a serum.

Overall, this is a nice shampoo to try if you want thoroughly cleansed hair. It acts as a nice cleanser to give some temporary shine and volume. But this can’t control frizziness. I have really frizzy hair, maybe that’s why it didn’t suit me much. If you have normally fine and smooth texture, this can give better results. But since it is a sulphate free shampoo, it is good to be included in your hair-care routine. Also, the formulation is pretty mild and gentle on the scalp and this makes it great for regular use. It is really affordable and worth giving a try!!
