My Experience with Alverde Natural Cosmetics 7-day Time-Out Ampoule Treatment with Bach Flowers:
Packaging: The product comes in a sealed cardboard packaging. All details are written on the cardboard packaging. Once you open there are 7 ampules in the cutout cardboard. On one side, there is description as to how to use it and so on. On the other side is the ampule. The ampules are safe and securely packed in the cardboard cut out. There is no accidental fall off or mix up. Along each ampule, it is written which day it is intended for and also the name of it.
The ampule itself is made of glass and there is a white marking to show where it has to be opened. I am quite scared to break open such things and had a little hard time to do it.
There are 3 categories out of the 7 ampules.
1. Blue ampule – Intensive moisturiser
2. Green ampule – Support skins self defence
3. Yellow ampule – Wrinkle reduction and regeneration
The fragrance of the product is very mild and mostly floral. I liked the fragrance in general and have nothing against it. Before you break open the ampoule, one has to shake it well so that the ingredients are mixed well. There is usually some product in the head which needs to be tapped so that it trickles down to the base before breaking it open.
Then, the ampule has to be wrapped in a cloth so that the ampule can be broken off. Then the contents can be transferred on to the palm and then over to the face, neck and decollate. Since it is oil based, the product has to be massaged well in to the skin so that the skin absorbs most of it.
The serum is very runny in consistency but still, it has to be forced out of the ampule by tapping. On the 1st, 2nd,and 7th day, it is recommended to use the intensive moisturizer ampule On the 3rd and 4th day, it is recommended to use the self-defense ampule. On the 5th and 6th day, it is recommended to use the regeneration ampule.
On my skin, I loved using the product. It felt very pampering and special. The product did not irritate the skin in any way or cause any kind of breakouts. I feel that all 3 ampules worked the same and could not feel or find any kind of difference on skin when used different ones. The skin is very well moisturised, plum and looks relaxed after usage. I would not say that it did something magical on my skin. But, it felt nice using a different product for a week so that the skin gets to try something new. It feels nice to pamper yourself once in a while which all of us deserve.
Overall, I liked using it and would use such kind of products in winter months when skin tends to get dry. I personally did not use any other product over night for the 7 days I used this product. I wanted the product to work on its own.
