My Experience with Lotus Herbal Ikkai Organic Choco Delight Face Mask:

Ikkai range comes in a some super cute packaging and they just look adorable. Choco Delight face Mask comes in a pretty brown and white pouch and some cute prints over it. The pouch carries detailed information about the product too. Now, one pouch contains 10 g of product that will last around 1 month or more than that, if I use it twice in a week. But, I can’t reseal the pouch once I cut it off and it’s definitely unhygienic. There should be a cap or zip to secure it well. Otherwise, it’s not travel-friendly or I have to use an elastic to close it.

Face mask itself has soft creamy consistency that glides smoothly over skin. It’s a non-drying lightweight mask for all and evenly blends on skin. I have to apply a thick medium layer of it and keep it for 10 minutes. After that time period, I can wipe it off or wash it off easily. It also has a pretty fragrance of strong cocoa. I like such smell.

Now, I really like the texture and it feels so comfortable. It never feels patchy or over drying that makes it good for all skin types. The texture and formula is perfect to provide deep nourishment to skin and makes skin super soft smooth and supple. It heals the dryness and cures the texture to improve it. Basically, it acts as an instant hydrating mask.

It can add a noticeable healthy glow to skin that adds a plump up texture. It’s good to get an instant healthy texture to skin and result makes skin fresh and clear. Now, the effect last for around 2-3 days and after that the glow starts to look faded. Hence the softness still retain on my skin. I have oily skin but it never makes skin too oily and never broke me out. I always prefer such hydrating mask that repairs my skin too.

Overall, I like this mask as it is a perfect hydrating mask that is best for normal to dry skin and also oily skinned people can try it to get the best hydration. This product is preservative free, cruelty-free and eco-friendly. But, it’s a pouch that will not last long and it’s not available in any big tube too. As a mask, the price is affordable and I can use it 5-6 times.
