My Experience with Maybelline Color Show Bright Mattes Creamy Matte Lip Color M306 Blazing Orange:

This lipstick comes in the same packaging as other Colorshow lipsticks. The plastic it comes in has some design that differentiates this range from the others. It also has all the information about the product. Apart from the little logo on the plastic, there is no difference in the packaging. Once you rip out the plastic, you can barely determine which range it is unless you check the sticker closely. The packaging is nice, sturdy and travel friendly. But I’m bored of Maybelline’s repetitive packaging!

“Blazing Orange” is a wonderful true orange colour. It is neither too bright nor too red toned. It has the perfect orange colour to it. I really love this shade. My favorite orange lipstick,
“Firecracker Red” from Colorshow Mattes got over since I used it so much, so I decided to give this one a try! I’m super happy with this lip colour. The pigmentation is really good, two swipes and you are done!

I really love matte lipsticks that are creamy and glide on easily. This one falls in that category. It’s smooth, glides on easily, does not highlight dry patches and moisturizes the lips slightly. I really love the texture.

It stayed on for 5 hours or so on me.  You do have to re-apply it after 3 hours or so. It fades slightly with meals in between, but that’s okay. I noticed that once you remove the lipstick, it stains your lips.

It has a pleasant but a bit strong fragrance to it which I like. It is stronger than other Colorshow lipsticks that I have tried, but since I like it, I don’t mind. It has no taste whatsoever.

Yes! Colorshow mattes range is something that I will recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable matte lipstick in budget! I love the formula and how the lipstick performs!
