My Experience with Essence Ultra Last Lipliner 02 Brick Dust:
This lip liner comes in a black, round plastic pencil with a cap. The design is very simple and compact. The bottom of the pencil is the color of the lip liner which makes it easy to identify when you have more than one product from this range. I find this colouring very helpful. The lip liner cap is easy to open and close and also its travel-friendly.
The lipliner itself is odourless. The texture of the liner is creamy and there is no need to tug it to the lips. The colour also transfers easily on to the lips from the pencil. The liner has never broken off while using. There is no sharpener integrated into it but I think with the rounded tip also I am able to reach all ends.
If you prefer very sharp liner this might be difficult or you can use the sharpener from other lip liners. After application of the liner, the lips feel slightly dry and settles into fine lines of lips. The finish is matte and loves the color. The color is brick color as the name suggests and looks like a perfect nude especially on duskier skin tones.
I love using it as a lipstick than lipliner. I loved wearing this color as a nude. The staying power is quite good. The product is waterproof and hence the staying power is good. The liner also survives meals and drinks but fades slightly. The inside wears out first and then the outside making it kind of uneven.
It’s not possible to just wipe out if it fades as its waterproof and you need a right makeup remover to do so. So its easier to reapply. The reapplication is required after 4 hours or so. By the end of the day, my lips felt slightly dry.
Removing with micellar water was difficult and I had to use an oil based product to get rid of it. Overall it’s a lovely shade and with reapplication, it works just great as a lipstick and also a lipliner.

Cons of Essence Ultra Last Lipliner 02 Brick Dust:
