Hello ladies,
Recently, TBS launched a new line called “Fuji Green Tea” with quite a lot of new products like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, fragrance mist, etc. I picked up quite a few products from this line and today, I am going to review “The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Refreshingly Purifying Shampoo”. Let’s see whether this is a HIT or a MISS.

My Experience with The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Refreshingly Purifying Shampoo:
The packaging of this shampoo is nice and simple. It’s a classic TBS recyclable dark green plastic bottle with a flip cap which is pretty simple and easy to use. The cap helps in dispensing the product properly when the bottle is squeezed.
The shampoo itself has a semi-thick consistency and looks like a transparent liquid. This product has the most beautiful refreshing scent, which I was surprised that I liked so much. It’s not like regular floral scents. I don’t drink green tea, so I can’t tell if that’s what the fragrance is, but I really like it.
This product is enriched with Japanese Green Tea and the goodness of community trade honey. The green tea hair range is meant for normal to dry hair and I have kind of dry hair, so I picked this up. I have been using it for two weeks now and I like it. A little product is sufficient for my medium length hair and it lathers pretty well.
I am in love with this shampoo. It was exactly what my hair needed. It really purifies and cleanses the hair and removes buildup and excess oil without stripping the hair of the essential oils that it needs. It’s definitely gentle enough for everyday use and feels refreshing on the scalp. I like this product so much that I actually enjoy using it.
Overall, this is a refreshing, mild shampoo which does what it claims pretty well.
