My Experience with Tony Moly Pudding Pudding Chamomile Jelly Mask Sheet:
The jelly mask sheet comes in a sachet-like packet. The sachet is pretty big and it has a pudding shape on the top. It is kind of nice and I love the package. There is information on the back of the sachet. The sleek pouch makes the product travel-friendly. There are 3 variants in this range. I picked up the Chamomile and Grape one.
The mask is white in color and is very sticky. It is almost transparent when applied onto the face. The mask fits perfectly on my face. The smell is very pleasant and kind of smell likes chamomile tea. When you open the sachet, there is a folded mask. The mask is messy to open and it has the jelly everywhere. The jelly product is transparent in color and is gel-like. There is a lot of product that remains in the sachet and you need to use a brush to use it on the mask. Considering that it is very squishy and messy, unfolding the mask is a task and you get the gel everywhere on your hands and on the floor.
The mask is meant for dry skin. I had a little bit of dryness on my skin due to the harsh winds and this one came at the right time. When the mask is applied onto the face, it adds coolness to it. It is refreshing. The mask has to be kept on for 10-20 minutes. I cleansed and toned my face and then applied the mask, as it doesn’t need to be washed off. I left it on for 20 minutes and after which, I removed the mask and massaged the remaining ingredients onto my face. My skin felt very smooth and soft. The mask adds suppleness to the skin. It definitely provided hydration to the skin. I could easily notice that the dryness, I usually tend to have, has been filled in with moisture. The product adds radiance to the skin and also eliminates the dryness. It provides the intense moisture needed by the skin. I could just dab on some foundation and I was all ready.
However, the results were short-lived. After 2 days, my face was back to normal and I had dryness all over again. So, the product is just an instant moisturizing mask and there is nothing else you can expect from the product. The product did cause me a breakout the first time, which is a bit weird! When I used it the second time, there were no such issues. The product doesn’t cause any irritation and makes it suitable for sensitive skin. I wouldn’t buy this mask again as it is a lot of money for just being a moisturizer and I can achieve the same with a good moisturizer and for the same price, it would last me 2 months! So, summing up:
Pros of Tony Moly Pudding Pudding Chamomile Jelly Mask Sheet:
• Adds intense moisturization
• Eliminates dryness on the skin
• Adds radiance
• Makes skin soft and supple
• Suitable for sensitive skin
• Travel friendly
Cons of Tony Moly Pudding Pudding Chamomile Jelly Mask Sheet:
• Just an instant moisturizing mask
• Did cause me breakout the first time
• Very pricey
• Messy to use
IMBB Rating:
2.5/5
