Today’s review is about Nivea Radiantly Beautiful In-Shower Body Lotion. Let’s find out how it fared for me.

Product Description:

My Experience with Nivea Radiantly Beautiful In-Shower Body Lotion:

This product is a substitute for body cream. The only difference is you need to use the product on wet skin before towel drying it. One needs to first take a shower then lather this product all over the wet body. After that, just rinse it off with warm water and then you can towel dry as usual. I feel it leaves a thin layer of moisturiser on the skin, which remains even when rinsed with warm water.

It washes off easily with shower gel. Its the cream forming a protective layer around skin. The product leaves the skin well moisturized and smooth. I don’t use this everyday but on days when I am in a rush and have no time to cream my body. It takes just a minute extra to apply this all over and rinse it off. Then you are ready to go! The skin definitely feels silky and soft.

The fragrance is a mix of typical Nivea fragrance along with floral notes. Its very feminine.
This product is a little more expensive compared to the other in shower body lotions from Nivea. I wondered why and here is the reason. It has gentle peeling beads and hence the increased price. As you know this product has to be used after having a shower more like a body lotion.

I am not really happy using the body lotion with peeling beads at the end of the shower. I would not like to spend time exfoliating my skin especially when I am in a public bath (pool or gym). The beads are not made of natural ingredients and have read somewhere that the beads are not environmental friendly.

Overall, I am not so impressed with the product. I do not have the flexibility in use. Even if one does not prefer to exfoliate it’s a part of it.

• Quickly absorbed by wet skin
• Leave the skin soft, silky and smooth
• Lightly perfumed and feels feminine
• Time saving
• Free of artificial colors and silicons

Cons of Nivea Radiantly Beautiful In-Shower Body Lotion:

• Leave the shower slippery
• Expensive when compared to other Nivea in shower body creams
• I personally do not prefer body lotion with exfoliating feature

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Nivea Radiantly Beautiful In-Shower Body Lotion?
Overall, I am not so impressed with the product. I do not have the flexibility in use. Even if one does not prefer to exfoliate it’s a part of it. If you do not mind a body lotion integrated with scrub then go for it. Not everyone would like this as its not a common thing.
