Hello, all!
Here is another sheet mask from Innisfree. It is one of the masks from their Second Skin range. The Second Skin range sheet masks are made from fermented soybean, and there are total 5 variants in this range. Recently, they have modified this range. The available types are – soothing, moisturizing, brightening, firming, and nourishing second skin sheet masks. Today, the review is about how the moisturizing type fared for me.
Price: 300 INR

• Brings a glow to the skin.
My Experience with Innisfree Second Skin Mask Moisturizing:
I have used almost all types of sheet masks available from Innisfree, and I was never disappointed by them. This mask we are going to see today is one from the Second Skin variant. This type has soybean ferment extract high up in the ingredients, and this particular variety is made from hyaluronic acid, which is a good moisturizing agent.
After cleansing my face and pampering it with toner and essence, I decided to use this one day. The mask is placed between two mesh sheets. You will have to be careful while unfolding them. Since they are so thin, you might end up tearing it. After that, you have to remove a mesh from one side and place the mask on your face. After correcting its placement properly, remove the sheet from the other side. It might sound tedious, but it is actually fun to do.
The fitting of the mask was good, if not perfect. The serum was not runny, so there was no slipping sensation. The mask was thin and felt light on the skin. The smell was not bothering my olfactory system. All fine.
After the recommended spa period of 15 minutes, I took away the mask, patted my skin well until the serum was not at all visible. Then, I followed up with my moisturizer. This step is your personal preference. If you feel that you might feel too uncomfortable to sleep with products on your face, then leave it. Just tap and tap on your face, then go on to sleep or your work.
The effect of the mask was supposed to be moisturizing. I used this mask when I felt my skin was too dry because of the weather. And, this mask made my skin visibly better. Skin looked hydrated, fresh and there was the usual glow that comes from using every sheet mask. Overall, I was very much happy that it was not disappointing, because you never know with sheet masks.
Pros of Innisfree Second Skin Mask Moisturizing:
• Gives good hydration
• Easy to use
• Easily available
• The mask was light on skin
• Serum was not sticky
Cons of Innisfree Second Skin Mask Moisturizing:
• Cost is one factor that might make you think twice. But, for pampering your skin, it is one of the best options available
IMBB Rating:
4.5/5
