My Experience with Sephora Foot Mask Lavender:
The mask comes in a sachet-like packaging. There is one pair of socks inside the sachet. The sachet is sleek and travel-friendly. All the information has been provided at the back of the sachet. The sachet is a perfect on-the-go companion as it’s super sleek. You can easily put it in your purse or bag and can also be used during long flights for making your feet beautiful.
The foot mask is actually a pair of socks. It is big enough for any feet size and is attached. It can be ripped out and used for the legs. They have mentioned which one is to be used on which feet; there’s also an adhesive flap that can be used to tighten the socks around your ankles. The mask is a little too big for my feet but I have no issues.
The mask has two layers: the outer one is made of plastic and the inner one is made of a thin, mesh-like cloth. The best part about the socks is that there is no mess and you can continue walking or doing your activities without being stopped.
The smell of the socks is very pleasant and mild. The ingredients inside are creamy and white. Usually, I apply the mask on clean feet and massage a bit to make sure that the cream inside distributes evenly on my feet. I leave the mask for around 30 minutes for extra benefits. I have pretty dry feet, especially near the sides and heel.
The mask completely softens the skin and makes the skin feathery smooth to touch. The mask adds radiance to the skin and feet feel like they have been treated by a professional. There is a lot of serum that still sits in the mask after removing it, so I use a brush to take it out and massage it onto the feet.
The product gets quickly absorbed by the skin and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. The product also softens the cuticles and adds a shine to the nails. The mask makes the nails soft and it takes a while before the nails are hard again, so extra care has to be taken if you have very brittle nails.
The product is a great remedy if you have cracked heels. It smoothens the feet and you can treat them a bit. The mask relaxes your body. It provides a refreshing feeling when applied and I love it especially after a long day. The product doesn’t cause any irritation and, as claimed, is suitable for all skin types.
The only downside of the product is that the results are temporary and they fade away once the feet are washed and then they look dry again. The mask is just a quick fix and not a long-term treatment. The product also contains silicones. But, I feel it could be a good choice for a quick fix where there is no long-term commitment.
