My Experience with Watsons Anti-Frizz Treatment Shampoo:
Let’s begin with the packaging of the product. The shampoo comes in a big brown-colored translucent plastic bottle, so it is easier to keep a watch on the amount of the product left inside. The bottle comes with a pump dispenser, which makes it easy to use, but there is no locking system in the pump, hence it cannot be used when you are traveling. Also, the bottle is quite bulky. The bottle bears a label at the back of the bottle that bears the product description, ingredients list and other necessary information about the product. Overall, the packaging is nice and sturdy but it definitely not for travel purpose.
The shampoo is pearly white colored liquid. It has a very refreshing argan oil fragrance. Though, I am really not a fan of argan oil fragrance but I somehow liked the smell of this shampoo. It instantly revives my mood and my hair smells nice for hours. The smell is not too strong or bothering. Therefore, it is good for people with sensitive noses who do not like strong smelling products.
The consistency of the shampoo is slightly on the runnier side. The consistency is thin and the shampoo spreads into the hair easily. The shampoo lathers amazingly well, but I need a good amount for my heavily-oiled hair to thorough cleanse off the oil. Two pumps dispense enough amount of the product to cleanse my mid-length hair properly.
The shampoo perfectly removes all dirt and grime from my hair and scalp. It removes excess oil from my hair and scalp without snatching the moisture. It has amazing cleansing properties and gives a squeaky clean feel. I have dry and frizzy hair. This shampoo helps to control the frizz upto a great extent. I skipped my conditioner to exactly observe how this shampoo works for my hair because this shampoo is an anti-frizz variant. And, I was amazed to see that it made my hair frizz free upto a good extent. It keeps my hair smooth and tangle free. My hairbrush runs from my hair smoothly without any breakage. I have been using this product along with Watsons Argan Oil Anti-frizz Hair Wax Treatment. The combination of the two gives me even better results.
