Skin type: Normal to dry
Hi lovely IMBBians,
How are you all? Today’s review is about Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic Juniper Berry Oil Free Moisturiser. My cousin has an oily skin, and when I saw her using this moisturiser, I decided to give it a try. And, I ended up buying one for myself. So, let’s check whether you can give this product a try in this summer or not.
Price and Quantity: Rs.190/- for 100 ml.
Product Description:
Enriched with SPF 15, it protects, moisturises and brightens your skin. The multi tasking extracts for Junioer Berry and Cucumber act as efficient anti-ageing, anti inflamatory and anti oxidant agents protecting the skin from the Sun by guarding it against harmful free radicals. Its blend of Patchouli and Lemon essential oils help regulate the oil level in the skin. Together with aloe vera juice, its non greasy gel formula help heal acne and lighten blemishes leaving your skin well nourished.
How to use:
Gently massage on to your skin. For best results, use daily after cleansing, toning and oiling the skin. Use me morning and night or whenever your skin feels the need for some extra care.

My Experience with Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic Juniper Berry Oil Free Moisturiser:
Blossom Kochhar Aroma Magic Juniper Berry Oil Free Moisturiser comes in a white coloured plastic bottle with a transparent cap. It is a pump type bottle. The moisturiser is transparent and looks almost like water. The moisturiser has a faint herbal smell, which is very mild and vanishes after application. Overall, the packaging is simple and sturdy.
The moisturiser is runny in consistency. In fact, it is like water only, not even gel-like. At first, I thought I am applying water onto my face. The moisturiser gets absorbed into the skin almost instantly, and it doesn’t feel greasy or oily after application. It leaves the skin soft and supple for good 6-8 hours. The best part is, it gives a barely there feeling. It is so light that you won’t feel that you have applied anything on your skin. My skin craves for some light moisturisation in summers. Even a little heavy moisturiser makes my face oily and sticky in this hot weather. Also, the moisturiser glides on the skin smoothly.
However, it does not mean, it lacks behind on the moisturising part. I have normal skin, and it keeps my skin soft and supple for a long time. It is definitely a must-have product for oily skinned beauties. My T-zone becomes a little oily in this humid weather. Instead of soaking up all the natural oils from my skin and making it dull and dry, it helps in regulating the oil levels in my skin. The excess oil secretion is now in control with regular use of this moisturiser. I can feel an improvement in my skin texture too. It doesn’t irritate my skin, which I love. I have used some oil-free moisturisers in the past, which irritated my skin badly. But, it was not the case with this one.
I would say, if you are looking for a good hydrating lotion in this summer, you must try it. However, it won’t suit women with dry skin. It fails on the blemish clearing part too. Also, SPF 15 won’t provide sufficient protection in this harsh summer. So, I follow up with a sunscreen that has a higher SPF. Overall, it’s a good, budget-friendly product.
