My Experience with LOreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipstick I Am Worth It:
LOreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipstick I Am Worth It comes in a transparent plastic case through which you can easily see the color of the shade and a black screw cap. The cap closes with a click. There is the mention of the brand on the cap and other than this you do not see the name anywhere else. At the bottom, you can see the shade name. The packaging comes sealed and this is great. The product is very easy and very convenient to carry. The product is completely travel friendly. There is no leakage or any chance of the cap opening. The cap houses the applicator and the soft, doe-shaped applicator is great! It is sharp at the end which allows you to draw precise lines when covering the corners of your mouth. The applicator is very soft and does complete justice to application of lip color.
When I first saw these lipsticks and realized that they were matte, my first thought was that they could be thick like the other regular matte lipsticks, but to my astonishment, the formula is very thin and water like, but in a nice way. The application is very easy and you can also use lip brush too. There is a squeezer which drains out the extra product before it goes onto your lips. This Loreal lipstick has a weird fragrance and feels a little like paint, but other than that, I have no issues with the texture and consistency. The product can be placed in the Lip Ink category because of this property.
LOreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipstick I Am Worth It is a beautiful pinkish shade, it is perfect for any occasion. This particular range from L’Oreal has amazing shade range, from reds, corals, pinks to dark twilight shades. The product is highly pigmented and easily covers any pigmentation. When applied, it is glossy but settles down to a matte finish in 2-3 minutes. The product hardly feels on the lips. It also leaves a tint behind. I sometimes use a little of the product to create pinkish lips and works perfect.
The product does leave a stain if you use your fingers to apply. It’s a weightless matte lipstick and I absolutely love how beautiful it feels on the lips. In an advertisement, I saw that Loreal ahs claimed that it lasts for 24 hours, but this claim is a little exaggerated. The product lasts for around 6-8 hours with normal activity like drinking and eating and since it leaves a stain, the stain lasts for a day till you remove it. The product is not kiss or transfer proof and transfers to bottles or cups when you drink and to prevent this I blot some setting powder and it works well. The product is very hard to remove and an oil-based cleanser has to be used. If you use the normal ones, it is difficult to remove the stains. The product isn’t drying but you need to moisturize your lips before using the lipstick to create a nice canvas for the shade. The product is great and I absolutely love.
LOreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Liquid Lipstick I Am Worth It doesn’t bleed but the fact that it transfers, puts me off a little. The product contains sulphates and silicones which is a bummer. But, other than this, I abolsutely love the product and would definitely recommend it.
